He developed a technique to photograph newly formed crystals of frozen water samples . A powerful microscope in a very cold room allowed this to be done. Not all water samples crystallise however. Japan's Most Polluted River.		Thus far then we can literally see how the state of water varies greatly even though it is the same H2O.Geometric order, in hexagonal form, appears in crystals of frozen water exposed to positive influence. And yet negative influence can be so powerful that crystals do not form at all, as above. Without the images of frozen water samples we would never have known such enormous differences exist. Dr. Emoto diligently continued the research by collecting water samples from literally all over the world. He then exposed them to a great variety of Hado.The result was his landmark book, "The Message from Water" first published in Japanese and English in 1999. It quickly became a much discussed book which clearly demonstrated the fact that Hado affects matter. It was a book telling us something about our selves and our planet, both made largely of water. After the book started out in our native Japan it began spreading mainly via Europe to the world. As the word was passed person to person, before we knew it the book had spread to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Holland, the UK and France. I followed in the wake of this movement and for one and a half years lectured over 50 times in foreign countries. This is still carrying on and so as long as I have time I would like to continue endlessly with this fortunate situation.I have received countless comments of appreciation about this book from readers both abroad and at home. On top of that, there are continual offers to have the book translated into various foreign languages. It requires that a participant be exposed to a full spectrum controlled lighting environment and the absorption and reflection intensities are colour coded and then analyzed. PIP has become theInternational Standard for observing the human biofield and is most useful when analyzing the body itself for congestions that appear on the surface above the specific organ or part of the body being investigated. Typically it is understood that the body will absorb more light (i.e. reflect less) where it has issues, in comparison to the rest of the participant's body. We often refer to congestion and leakages when analyzing these images. Well Known Australian Brain Cancer Surgeon Warns Of EMR!

Brain cancer surgeon Dr Charlie Teo, from Australia's Channel 7's Last Chance Surgery, says it is better to avoid electromagnetic radiation and to take "prevention better than cure" approach. The Sydney specialist told a Melbourne fundraiser that although the jury was still out on mobile phones and other forms of electromagnetic radiation, we should not take risks. "Even though the jury's not in, just to err on the side of safety I would try and limit the amount of electromagnetic radiation that you're exposed to," he said. "The American government, for example, recommend that all electrical appliances should be put at the foot of the bed and not the head of the bed. Electric blankets should be turned off before you get in bed and definitely wait for those five beeps before you open the microwave. With the mobile phone I encourage you to put it on loudspeaker and step outside rather than sticking it up to your brain." Dr Teo, who tackles tumours other surgeons deem inoperable, said some hair dyes, particularly red, could also cause brain cancer in people with a predisposition. "The body needs some genetic predisposition. The hair dye, the mobile phone, they're just catalysts but you probably need some sort of genetic aberration to get the cancer in the first place," he said. Fast cancers Dr Teo, who stars in Channel Seven's Last Chance Surgery, was in Melbourne last week for the Blackwood8 fundraiser at Croydon golf club. The group was founded by family and friends of Sally White, a patient of Dr Teo's whose outlook has improved dramatically. Dr Teo said while breast cancer doubled its cell numbers in weeks or months, the quickest brain cancers took just 16 hours. No age group was immune and the incidence of brain tumours was growing. "It's increasing in frequency both in this country and developing countries and it used to be ranked out of the top 10 but it's just joined the top 10 most common cancers," he said. Recent studies have raised alarm bells about mobile phones. An unreleased World Health Organisation study reportedly found "a significantly increased risk" of some brain tumours related to use of mobile phones for 10 years or more. A Suleyman Demirel University study in Turkey also found wearing a mobile phone on your belt may lead to decreased bone density in an area of the pelvis commonly used for bone grafts. Dr Teo said there had been some advancements in treating tumours, like microwave therapy and putting chemotherapy directly into a tumour. A healthy diet, meditation and positive thought could also be beneficial. "We believe that they probably boost the immune system," he said. FusionExcel’s Quantum Pendant & Energised Water

What is really wrong with our water, today? More and more people are hearing the expression, "our tap water is dead water". Its common knowledge, of course, that our waterways, lakes, reservoirs and running water supplies are polluted willfully and unintentionally through mankinds many activities, habits and technologies. We already know much about the health risks in chlorinated drinking water, dangers that became more widely acknowledged as we approached the end of the last millennium. Yet, still, little is commonly known about the actual energised forces at work in clean, naturally-flowing, vibrant water; which enable it to so effectively perform its functions. Before we explore further, let us remind the reader of an underlying essential function of water.

An Essential Function of Water One of the primary functions of water at a cellular level is to carry nutrients to organisms, and to efficiently carry away and dilute waste products. Water has also been referred to as "nature's universal solvent". It is needed by all life forms and ecologies, and by every major sustaining activity and industry of mankind. In times past, water was deeply respected, often revered, as the essential fluid to all life - in the stages of conception, birth, growth, and sustenance, and to the healing of disease. Many naturalists, healers and scientists have spent their lives in consuming studies of the properties and essence of water – however, depending upon the breadth of their perception of the universal order of things, this has resulted in many conflicting and confusing schools of belief on the definition of truly healthy water. What is Energised Water? Energised water is ‘alive’ water, a living, functioning organism in itself. Tests with an Ohmmeter have shown that ‘alive’ water increases the energy level in the body of someone who has just been consuming such water. Photographs of the photon activity in water display a dramatic increase in the luminescence or light output once the water has been treated with Quantum Pendant. This increases photosynthesis (energy) in life forms that take up this water. Mankind has largely failed to understand this essential quality of health-giving, totally functioning water. Energised water is water that has been given a highly orderly structure by natural magnetic forces found within the earth and from planetary magnetic forces, and allowed to come to the Earth's surface via its preferred, natural pathways - in mountain springs, clean, natural rivers, naturally-occurring wells, and suchlike. Water always flows in an inwardly spiraling fashion whenever it is can - in a vortex or implosion course. When we drink or wash in this fresh, clear water from these unadulterated sources, we feel refreshed and very energised. There have been countless healing effects observed and documented in respect to many natural springs and rivers found all around the globe. Examples are the waters of Lourdes and the Ganges River (regardless of its seemingly polluted state!), Fatima and Medjugorje. Photographs of the photon emissions and molecular clusters of these waters show an intensely active, light-filled and cohesive structure in all cases. Quantum Pendant energised water is potentialised, cohesive water. The dynamic forces programmed for action within energised water may be transferred to living beings (man, animal or plant life). These dynamics are to be found not in the chemical structure of this water, but in its physical structure, on the level of its molecule groups. The quality of water is derived from its physical structure, its underlying geometry and the frequencies that it has stored. As a result of the special physical parameters of energised water, various reaction processes producing positive effects are made possible. These many beneficial effects allow the widest conceivable possibilities of application, such as the re-energising of damaged water supplies. To fully understand what is meant by the term "damaged" water, we must first understand certain fundamental principles about the activity in water at the molecular level. Subtle Energy Vibrations in Energised Water, Resonance and Memory of Water We have mentioned above that the quality of water is derived from its structure and polarity. This is influenced by magnetic resonances and other “subtle energy” resonances exposed to the water, which then are transferred into the water itself. Even on the molecular level, water is very much an alive, animated substance. Oxygen and hydrogen form a solid body, yet an amazingly restless and excited mass. In every drop of water, electrical charges cause a never-ending colliding, joining and breaking apart of particles, (all at a rate of billions of such movements per second), as the water molecule perpetually fluctuates between the hexagonal and the spherical shape. This same "molecular dance" happens in all live water, whether within the cellular fluid or within the rainbow or storm cloud. The permanent striving for the spherical or pyramidal shape is caused by the unstable angle of 104.5 degrees, in which the hydrogen and oxygen atoms cling to each other. At a temperature below 0 Celsius, there is a tendency towards the hexagon shape, while above 0 degrees the tendency is towards the spherical shape of the water molecules. This results in a perpetual back and forth fluctuation of the structure or form of the molecule, at this difficult-to-imagine, very rapid pace, and therefore there will always be a vibration, "a never-ending, microscopic whirling dance" in all water. Consequently, researchers speak of the "open structure" of the water, a quality that allows it to comply with other elements and at the same time to dissolve them. Water combines with almost everything it comes in contact with. Consequently, there is not such a thing as "pure" water in nature. It is always "imprinted" by momentary contact with air, or contact with any surface or substance. It is influenced and changed by such, because of its innate "memory" - that is, water’s ability to retain residual vibrations of all substances contacting that water. Beneficial physical properties are produced in the water by its exposure to beneficial vibrations such as sunlight. Solar radiation results in an acceleration of the vibration of the water molecules, as they absorb energised oxygen, C02 and warmth. Harmful frequencies from water's exposure to chemicals or heavy metals are left to linger in water after its contact with those harmful substances, even if such substances have been removed from the water through filtering, reverse osmosis, distillation, etc. Through this vibrational ‘memory effect’, or ‘magnetic resonance’, information of a contaminant, including information of polarity is retained in the water molecule via its vibrations. This memory effect is sustained long after the disappearance of the contaminant from the water. The only known way of reversing this memory effect is through vibrational re-energising of the water. The direction of spin or rotation of the molecule itself is corrected, and its velocity can be accelerated in a dextrose or right-hand direction. We can say this also for any living thing, as all living things contain large percentages of water. Electro-smog Until recently, ‘electro-smog’ was not understood in its role in causing the desirable, complex molecular clusters in water to disassociate. Electro-smog is the result of the almost non-stop saturation of the atmosphere by man-made frequency transmissions – radar, satellites, short wave, medium wave, cellular phone transmitters – the list goes on. Most scientific analysts hold up machines not sufficiently sophisticated to detect the impact of these waveforms upon living organisms, and conclude that electro-smog is not a major issue. Unfortunately, this is a ‘machine to machine’ reading (the impact of the output of one machine as registered on another machine), and this does not address the more subtle impacts of electro-smog. One should not use a thermometer to measure how tall one is, or at least to draw a conclusion about one’s height after taking one’s temperature! Magnetism Magnetism simply means power and information (energy) that runs from one pole to another. The universe, life forms and all of creation are built upon this principle of positive (plus) and negative (minus) poles. There are three different types of magnetic forces known in the universe: Material Magnetism: evident in iron's storage of permanent magnetism and in the North Pole / South Pole earth magnetism. This is a limited type of magnetism, related to a place, whereby only certain energy flow and therefore only particular materials (e.g. iron) can be attracted or repelled. Gravity Magnetism: is related to space and time and involves various types of energy flow and the attraction of all materials. Planetary Magnetism: (some times referred to as Scalar energy) the highest degree of magnetism, which governs the order of all creation in the universe, carrying information on life and heredity found in seeds, eggs and sperm cells; and planetary forces or energies such as of the sun or moon. This higher order of magnetism bears no relation to time or space, and programs all of Nature to absorb certain energies of information on life and heredity. This controls, for example, the inevitable growth of a properly nurtured carrot seed into a carrot plant, such that this seed cannot become a turnip or any other type of plant. This planetary magnetism is related to the widely accepted energy humanity has named Life Force or Chi, or Prana - necessary for the existence of all life. Different energies are produced through a combined action between the positive and negative of various magnetic forces. Energies are never actually generated, but rather simply transformed, through these combined and synergistic actions of the positive and negative polarities of the different magnetic forces explained above. This is why different matter emits different magnetic fields or magnetic resonances, or "vibrations". It is this principle that is used in the process of re-energising dead water. To refer back to the statement "magnetism simply means power and information" (i.e.. energy), what are the primary carriers of this energy to all matter? Water, of course. Water constantly transmits and receives the energies and information throughout all matter on or around the earth, indeed to all living things. Similar to all living beings, the earth is made up of about 80% water. In the case of harmed or 'dead' water, the all-important energetic (magnetic/polarity) functions of water for the proper functioning of all life forms are rendered defective or sometimes nonexistent. What is Damaged Water? Damaged water is “dead” water; water that has had the health-giving and beneficial sub molecular oscillations ("vibrations") removed from it through various forms of man's aggression, such as: Being forced through turbines at large reservoir exit points preceding the pipelines, Being forced through miles of straight, narrow, high-pressure pipes in an abnormal motion, Being poisoned through chlorination and other pollution, heavy metals, etc. Being bombarded with electro-smog. The potent yet subtle energies that the natural, healthy water had incorporated in to its physical structure through absorption of sunlight and moonlight and its exposure to beneficial underground magnetic fields are lost in the above processes. It is lost through friction, incompatible carrying processes, electro-smog and chemical poisoning. Unfortunately, due to the memory impairment sustained by all water, these losses of energy in damaged water are becoming cumulative, around the planet. When we add to this energy depletion problem the increasing load of countless pollutants on our sick water supplies, (including chlorine and other biocides killing the much-needed beneficial microbes) the end result is chronic deterioration of the environment. The above-mentioned "memory effect" phenomenon of water is observed on the molecular vibration level, as being present even in thoroughly or chemically cleansed water. We can keep scrubbing water with more chlorine, bromine, ozone, etc. Nevertheless, after such treatments, it is still "damaged water". It continues to bear and transfer residual sub molecular information (sometimes called "subtle energy vibrational effect") from chemicals that were previously present in it, and oscillations from all the other impositions exerted upon it by our ‘modern’ infrastructures. What can we do to restore this dead water? The answers have been coming to us from visionary naturalists and quantum-scientists since the latter part of the last century, several of whom have discovered the nature of the processes that energised the water in its natural flows, (i.e. inwards, in a vortex fashion) and how to reinstate these energised, positive energies. What is Re-energised Water? In plain terms, re-energisation of water simply restores its natural energies. Re-energised water is ‘spin’ restructured water, whereby the polarity of the water molecules and the contaminants are reversed. This will bring back the beneficial vibratory qualities of this water supply without actually filtering or removing harmful substances. The directional spin of the electrons determines polarity. Quantum Charger improves Car Performance! Dyno Test by JC Racing

I was really not interested in any more fuel saving/power improvement products as I have tried almost "everything" the market has to offer. Usually the installed products will work only for a while and there is usually not much improvement at all (except for a certain oil treatment that I am using now).

Recently, one of my four wheel drive club member introduced Fe's Quantum Charger to me and I replied "Don't waste my time". He knows that I am a technical person and he took me to JC Racing to do a Dyno Test to prove the worth of this product. I was impressed that FE's Quantum Charger did bring improvement to the Torque of my old 1997 Nissan Terrano, 2389 cc 4WD! (JC Racing Dyno Test Results attached below).

Recently I converted my 4WD to run on both Petrol and NGV. I found that my 4WD performed very well even on NGV. Normally my 4WD will stutter for a long period when I switch from petrol to NGV and starting up with NGV was harsh and difficult. Now, with the Quantum Charger, I get a smooth change with no stutter, even with my air-con on! And starting up the engine with NGV is as easy as in petrol mode!

There is definitely an increase in power and a considerable amount of saving on NGV usage.

We submitted our Quantum Pendants to the reputable Shanghai Institute of Measuring and Testing Technology (SIMT) for analysis and testing.The SIMT report shows that FusionExcel International's Quantum Pendant contains thorium-232 at 16 Bq/kilogram ( compared to 7000 Bq/kilogram on the C&ED report) and no detectable uranium- 238 (compared to 1000 Bq/kilogram on the C&ED report). It shows that FusionExcel International's Quantum Pendant contains the same levels of radioactive substances that exist naturally in all soil ( See below) and well below the limit recommended by the IAEA. The dangers of electromagnetic fields and radiation. THE controversy over the report on the “Interphone” study released recently has rekindled my interest about the dangers of EMF – electromagnetic fields. My main interest is the effects on cancer, as I continue to be perplexed by the relentless increase in cancers, and our failure to fight this disease. Newsweek magazine (http://www.newsweek.com/2010/08/05/will-this-phone-kill-you.html) had this to say about the report: “Interphone, organized by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer, was the largest (10,751 subjects, ages 30 to 59, in 13 countries), longest (10 years), most expensive (as much as $30 million), and most labor-intensive (48 scientists) study of its kind. That boded well for producing credible conclusions. Instead, Interphone found that using a cell phone decreased the risk of glioma (primary brain cancer) by 19%. "Even in people who had used cell phones for more than 10 years, there was no increased risk of brain tumors, with the exception of those who said they had yakked away for more than 1,640 hours. And the 40% increased risk of glioma in this group came with a caveat that is emblematic of this field: this elevated risk, the scientists warned, may be an artifact of 'biases and error', not real." The generally contradictory findings – apparent protective effects at most doses and elevated cancer risk at the highest exposure – point to the challenge scientists has had in figuring out what to make with the data collected. Furthermore, according to The Daily Mail, the Interphone study was substantially funded by the mobile phone industry, and many do question the neutrality of the study. The report said that there was no significant risk for people who used their phones less than 30 minutes a day, or who used an earpiece or headphones. But scientists admit that they did not take into account phone users under the age of 30, which raises questions over the validity of the study. The results that suggest low levels of usage can actually protect against cancer is questioned by some of the researchers themselves. The study has been heavily criticized for being deeply flawed. New research, backed by the European Union, has been launched to investigate possible links between brain tumors in children in mobile pho For decades, there has been suspicion that EMF from power lines, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers, cell phones and appliances cause everything from brain tumours, leukaemia, and other cancers to birth defects, miscarriages, chronic fatigue, headaches, and other health problems. What is EMF/EMR?Life is an energy phenomenon. Everything in the universe, and everything about our life involves energy, energy exchange/transformation and energy movements. Einstein showed us that matter is extremely condensed energy (E=mc²). All the forces and energies surrounding us can be scientifically categorized into 4 forms: strong nuclear force (fusion and fission), weak nuclear force (nuclear decay), gravity, and the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS). EMS represents the widest range of energies and forces affecting our daily lives – including light, sound, radio signals, electricity, and of course our hand-phone signals. To emphasis on their wide range of behavior and biological effects, they are more commonly referred to as electromagnetic frequencies or electromagnetic fields (EMF), as it is the potential harmful effects of the electromagnetic fields they generate that concern us most now. Can EMF harm us? For decades, there has been suspicion that EMF from power lines, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers, cell phones and appliances cause everything from brain tumors, leukemia, and other cancers to birth defects, miscarriages, chronic fatigue, headaches, cataracts, heart problems, stress, nausea, chest pain, forgetfulness, depression, aggressive behavior, sleep disturbance and other health problems. Numerous studies have produced contradictory results, yet some experts are convinced that the threat is real. The body is electrochemical in nature, and any force that disrupts or changes the electrochemical cellular activities will affect the physiology of the body. Any form of electromagnetic field has the potential of positively or negatively affecting the body. Studies were done at Max Planck Institute where cell phones were placed around laboratory caged rats for a few hours a day. On follow-up CAT scan 30 days later, it showed bleeding of the blood vessels of the brain. The cell phone is not the only culprit with damaging effects on the cellular level. We are bombarded by EMF from thousands of other gadgets around us everyday. Some scientists estimate that we are now exposed to 100 million times the EMF radiation of our grandparents! The British Health Protection Agency has recognized the electro sensitivity syndrome (also called electro hypersensitivity syndrome) in people who suffer nausea, headaches, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, tinnitus, rashes, muscle pains, stress, emotional weakness, depression, loss of libido and other symptoms when exposed to electromagnetic fields from mobile phones, electricity pylons and computer screens. About 2% to 3% of the population is affected. One study showed men who regularly carry their mobiles near the groin, on a belt, or in a pocket could potentially have their sperm count reduced by as much as 30%. The study, conducted by Hungarian researchers, suggested that male fertility could be affected by the radiation emitted by mobile phones. It also found that sperm that survived exposure to radiation showed abnormal movements. EMF and cancer Dr David Carpenter, Dean at the School of Public Health, State University of New York, believes it is likely that up to 30% of all childhood cancers come from exposure to EMF. Over the last 20 years, there has been a staggering 60% increase in cancers. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) warns that “There is reason for concern” and advises prudent avoidance. In a draft report issued in March 1990, the EPA actually recommended that EMF be classified as a Class B carcinogen – a “probable human carcinogen” like formaldehyde, DDT, dioxins and PCBs. However the EPA’s final revision did NOT classify EMF as a Class B carcinogen, explaining that the link between cancer and exposure to EMF and the nature of the interaction between EMF and biological processes leading to cancer are not fully understood. This was despite their conclusion that several studies had shown that leukaemia, lymphomas and cancer of the nervous system increased in children exposed to EMF, supported by similar findings in adults. That episode however exposed the serious potential dangers of EMF, and the strong pull lobbyists and the industry can have on important decisions affecting our health. In May 2005, Sharesa Price of California US, who worked as a cell phone programmer, became the first person to convince a judge that her brain tumor was caused by cell phone EMF. She was awarded US 30,000 (RM 90,000) for her medical expenses. In 2006, the top two floors of a Melbourne building were closed after 7 office workers were diagnosed with brain tumor amidst fears that the tumor may have been linked to mobile phone transmitters on the roof. The realization that the risk from EMF should not be ignored has prompted several states in the US to require that warning labels are placed on newly bought cell phones that indicate: "These products may lead or cause cancer". Some require that cell phones must display the amount of radiation they emit. Children more at risk Experts in Europe have called for banning the use of cell phones by children. This was due to the recent findings that indicate child brain cancer has escalated over the last few decades. There is also fear that disturbed brain activity in children could lead to psychiatric and behavioural problems or impaired learning ability. Their thinner skull, growing brain and developing nervous system make children more vulnerable than adults to the interaction of wireless signals with the body. Computer image modeling comparing the heads of adults and children has shown radiation penetrates far more deeply into young skulls, resulting in greater exposure to potentially harmful radio waves. A study by the Spanish Neuro Diagnostic Research Institute in Marbella has discovered that a call lasting just two minutes can alter the natural electrical activity of a child’s brain for up to an hour afterwards. Children are using cell phones at a younger age than any previous generation. The will be exposed for more years – and spend more time each day with the phones pressed to their heads – than anyone before. They will be most at risk. Dr Michael Rich, a pediatrician researcher from the prestigious Harvard Medical School, has pointed out that the use of hand held game devices used by children and adolescents has contributed to the weakening of the immune system and the possible development of disease in young children due to the EMR and EMF emitted from these game consoles as well as cell phones. Can we protect ourselves against harmful EMF/EMR? It is possible to shield your home and workplace from harmful EMF/EMR by putting proper shield, filters and barriers in your wiring system, but it is less practical to shield yourself from all the other sources of EMF/EMR. All the advice about using the hand phone less will unlikely be heeded, though we can attempt to use text messaging more instead of talking. Soon the mobile phones will come with features which reduce or totally delete the harmful EMF. In the meantime, we have to use devices which cancel or block out the harmful EMF. These devices can be placed in the home, office, or attached to the offending gadget, or even worn as a pendant. The easiest way to block out harmful EMF/EMR around you all the time is to wear or carry such a device with you. One such device I use relies on scalar energy, and I wear it as a pendant.
