"The American government, for example, recommend that all electrical appliances should be put at the foot of the bed and not the head of the bed. Electric blankets should be turned off before you get in bed and definitely wait for those five beeps before you open the microwave. With the mobile phone I encourage you to put it on loudspeaker and step outside rather than sticking it up to your brain." Dr Teo, who tackles tumours other surgeons deem inoperable, said some hair dyes, particularly red, could also cause brain cancer in people with a predisposition. "The body needs some genetic predisposition. The hair dye, the mobile phone, they're just catalysts but you probably need some sort of genetic aberration to get the cancer in the first place," he said. Fast cancers Dr Teo, who stars in Channel Seven's Last Chance Surgery, was in Melbourne last week for the Blackwood8 fundraiser at Croydon golf club. The group was founded by family and friends of Sally White, a patient of Dr Teo's whose outlook has improved dramatically. Dr Teo said while breast cancer doubled its cell numbers in weeks or months, the quickest brain cancers took just 16 hours. No age group was immune and the incidence of brain tumours was growing. "It's increasing in frequency both in this country and developing countries and it used to be ranked out of the top 10 but it's just joined the top 10 most common cancers," he said. Recent studies have raised alarm bells about mobile phones. An unreleased World Health Organisation study reportedly found "a significantly increased risk" of some brain tumours related to use of mobile phones for 10 years or more. A Suleyman Demirel University study in Turkey also found wearing a mobile phone on your belt may lead to decreased bone density in an area of the pelvis commonly used for bone grafts. Dr Teo said there had been some advancements in treating tumours, like microwave therapy and putting chemotherapy directly into a tumour. A healthy diet, meditation and positive thought could also be beneficial. "We believe that they probably boost the immune system," he said. The permanent striving for the spherical or pyramidal shape is caused by the unstable angle of 104.5 degrees, in which the hydrogen and oxygen atoms cling to each other. At a temperature below 0 Celsius, there is a tendency towards the hexagon shape, while above 0 degrees the tendency is towards the spherical shape of the water molecules. This results in a perpetual back and forth fluctuation of the structure or form of the molecule, at this difficult-to-imagine, very rapid pace, and therefore there will always be a vibration, "a never-ending, microscopic whirling dance" in all water. Consequently, researchers speak of the "open structure" of the water, a quality that allows it to comply with other elements and at the same time to dissolve them. Water combines with almost everything it comes in contact with. Consequently, there is not such a thing as "pure" water in nature. It is always "imprinted" by momentary contact with air, or contact with any surface or substance. It is influenced and changed by such, because of its innate "memory" - that is, water’s ability to retain residual vibrations of all substances contacting that water. Beneficial physical properties are produced in the water by its exposure to beneficial vibrations such as sunlight. Solar radiation results in an acceleration of the vibration of the water molecules, as they absorb energised oxygen, C02 and warmth. Harmful frequencies from water's exposure to chemicals or heavy metals are left to linger in water after its contact with those harmful substances, even if such substances have been removed from the water through filtering, reverse osmosis, distillation, etc. Through this vibrational ‘memory effect’, or ‘magnetic resonance’, information of a contaminant, including information of polarity is retained in the water molecule via its vibrations. This memory effect is sustained long after the disappearance of the contaminant from the water. The only known way of reversing this memory effect is through vibrational re-energising of the water. The direction of spin or rotation of the molecule itself is corrected, and its velocity can be accelerated in a dextrose or right-hand direction. We can say this also for any living thing, as all living things contain large percentages of water. Electro-smog Until recently, ‘electro-smog’ was not understood in its role in causing the desirable, complex molecular clusters in water to disassociate. Electro-smog is the result of the almost non-stop saturation of the atmosphere by man-made frequency transmissions – radar, satellites, short wave, medium wave, cellular phone transmitters – the list goes on. Most scientific analysts hold up machines not sufficiently sophisticated to detect the impact of these waveforms upon living organisms, and conclude that electro-smog is not a major issue. Unfortunately, this is a ‘machine to machine’ reading (the impact of the output of one machine as registered on another machine), and this does not address the more subtle impacts of electro-smog. One should not use a thermometer to measure how tall one is, or at least to draw a conclusion about one’s height after taking one’s temperature! Magnetism Magnetism simply means power and information (energy) that runs from one pole to another. The universe, life forms and all of creation are built upon this principle of positive (plus) and negative (minus) poles. There are three different types of magnetic forces known in the universe: Material Magnetism: evident in iron's storage of permanent magnetism and in the North Pole / South Pole earth magnetism. This controls, for example, the inevitable growth of a properly nurtured carrot seed into a carrot plant, such that this seed cannot become a turnip or any other type of plant. This planetary magnetism is related to the widely accepted energy humanity has named Life Force or Chi, or Prana - necessary for the existence of all life. Different energies are produced through a combined action between the positive and negative of various magnetic forces. Energies are never actually generated, but rather simply transformed, through these combined and synergistic actions of the positive and negative polarities of the different magnetic forces explained above. Quantum Charger improves Car Performance! Dyno Test by JC Racing

I was really not interested in any more fuel saving/power improvement products as I have tried almost "everything" the market has to offer. Usually the installed products will work only for a while and there is usually not much improvement at all (except for a certain oil treatment that I am using now).

Recently, one of my four wheel drive club member introduced Fe's Quantum Charger to me and I replied "Don't waste my time". He knows that I am a technical person and he took me to JC Racing to do a Dyno Test to prove the worth of this product. I was impressed that FE's Quantum Charger did bring improvement to the Torque of my old 1997 Nissan Terrano, 2389 cc 4WD! (JC Racing Dyno Test Results attached below).

Recently I converted my 4WD to run on both Petrol and NGV. I found that my 4WD performed very well even on NGV. Normally my 4WD will stutter for a long period when I switch from petrol to NGV and starting up with NGV was harsh and difficult. Now, with the Quantum Charger, I get a smooth change with no stutter, even with my air-con on! And starting up the engine with NGV is as easy as in petrol mode!

The dangers of electromagnetic fields and radiation. THE controversy over the report on the “Interphone” study released recently has rekindled my interest about the dangers of EMF – electromagnetic fields. My main interest is the effects on cancer, as I continue to be perplexed by the relentless increase in cancers, and our failure to fight this disease. Newsweek magazine (http://www.newsweek.com/2010/08/05/will-this-phone-kill-you.html) had this to say about the report: “Interphone, organized by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer, was the largest (10,751 subjects, ages 30 to 59, in 13 countries), longest (10 years), most expensive (as much as $30 million), and most labor-intensive (48 scientists) study of its kind. That boded well for producing credible conclusions. Instead, Interphone found that using a cell phone decreased the risk of glioma (primary brain cancer) by 19%. "Even in people who had used cell phones for more than 10 years, there was no increased risk of brain tumors, with the exception of those who said they had yakked away for more than 1,640 hours. And the 40% increased risk of glioma in this group came with a caveat that is emblematic of this field: this elevated risk, the scientists warned, may be an artifact of 'biases and error', not real." The generally contradictory findings – apparent protective effects at most doses and elevated cancer risk at the highest exposure – point to the challenge scientists has had in figuring out what to make with the data collected. Furthermore, according to The Daily Mail, the Interphone study was substantially funded by the mobile phone industry, and many do question the neutrality of the study. The report said that there was no significant risk for people who used their phones less than 30 minutes a day, or who used an earpiece or headphones. But scientists admit that they did not take into account phone users under the age of 30, which raises questions over the validity of the study. The results that suggest low levels of usage can actually protect against cancer is questioned by some of the researchers themselves. The study has been heavily criticized for being deeply flawed. What is EMF/EMR?Life is an energy phenomenon. Everything in the universe, and everything about our life involves energy, energy exchange/transformation and energy movements. For decades, there has been suspicion that EMF from power lines, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers, cell phones and appliances cause everything from brain tumors, leukemia, and other cancers to birth defects, miscarriages, chronic fatigue, headaches, cataracts, heart problems, stress, nausea, chest pain, forgetfulness, depression, aggressive behavior, sleep disturbance and other health problems. Numerous studies have produced contradictory results, yet some experts are convinced that the threat is real. The body is electrochemical in nature, and any force that disrupts or changes the electrochemical cellular activities will affect the physiology of the body. Any form of electromagnetic field has the potential of positively or negatively affecting the body. Studies were done at Max Planck Institute where cell phones were placed around laboratory caged rats for a few hours a day. On follow-up CAT scan 30 days later, it showed bleeding of the blood vessels of the brain. The cell phone is not the only culprit with damaging effects on the cellular level. We are bombarded by EMF from thousands of other gadgets around us everyday. Some scientists estimate that we are now exposed to 100 million times the EMF radiation of our grandparents! The British Health Protection Agency has recognized the electro sensitivity syndrome (also called electro hypersensitivity syndrome) in people who suffer nausea, headaches, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, tinnitus, rashes, muscle pains, stress, emotional weakness, depression, loss of libido and other symptoms when exposed to electromagnetic fields from mobile phones, electricity pylons and computer screens. About 2% to 3% of the population is affected. One study showed men who regularly carry their mobiles near the groin, on a belt, or in a pocket could potentially have their sperm count reduced by as much as 30%. The study, conducted by Hungarian researchers, suggested that male fertility could be affected by the radiation emitted by mobile phones. It also found that sperm that survived exposure to radiation showed abnormal movements. EMF and cancer Dr David Carpenter, Dean at the School of Public Health, State University of New York, believes it is likely that up to 30% of all childhood cancers come from exposure to EMF. Over the last 20 years, there has been a staggering 60% increase in cancers. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) warns that “There is reason for concern” and advises prudent avoidance. In a draft report issued in March 1990, the EPA actually recommended that EMF be classified as a Class B carcinogen – a “probable human carcinogen” like formaldehyde, DDT, dioxins and PCBs. However the EPA’s final revision did NOT classify EMF as a Class B carcinogen, explaining that the link between cancer and exposure to EMF and the nature of the interaction between EMF and biological processes leading to cancer are not fully understood. This was despite their conclusion that several studies had shown that leukaemia, lymphomas and cancer of the nervous system increased in children exposed to EMF, supported by similar findings in adults. That episode however exposed the serious potential dangers of EMF, and the strong pull lobbyists and the industry can have on important decisions affecting our health. In May 2005, Sharesa Price of California US, who worked as a cell phone programmer, became the first person to convince a judge that her brain tumor was caused by cell phone EMF. She was awarded US 30,000 (RM 90,000) for her medical expenses. In 2006, the top two floors of a Melbourne building were closed after 7 office workers were diagnosed with brain tumor amidst fears that the tumor may have been linked to mobile phone transmitters on the roof. The realization that the risk from EMF should not be ignored has prompted several states in the US to require that warning labels are placed on newly bought cell phones that indicate: "These products may lead or cause cancer". Some require that cell phones must display the amount of radiation they emit. Children more at risk Experts in Europe have called for banning the use of cell phones by children. This was due to the recent findings that indicate child brain cancer has escalated over the last few decades. There is also fear that disturbed brain activity in children could lead to psychiatric and behavioural problems or impaired learning ability. Their thinner skull, growing brain and developing nervous system make children more vulnerable than adults to the interaction of wireless signals with the body. Computer image modeling comparing the heads of adults and children has shown radiation penetrates far more deeply into young skulls, resulting in greater exposure to potentially harmful radio waves. A study by the Spanish Neuro Diagnostic Research Institute in Marbella has discovered that a call lasting just two minutes can alter the natural electrical activity of a child’s brain for up to an hour afterwards. Children are using cell phones at a younger age than any previous generation. The will be exposed for more years – and spend more time each day with the phones pressed to their heads – than anyone before. They will be most at risk. Dr Michael Rich, a pediatrician researcher from the prestigious Harvard Medical School, has pointed out that the use of hand held game devices used by children and adolescents has contributed to the weakening of the immune system and the possible development of disease in young children due to the EMR and EMF emitted from these game consoles as well as cell phones. Can we protect ourselves against harmful EMF/EMR? It is possible to shield your home and workplace from harmful EMF/EMR by putting proper shield, filters and barriers in your wiring system, but it is less practical to shield yourself from all the other sources of EMF/EMR. All the advice about using the hand phone less will unlikely be heeded, though we can attempt to use text messaging more instead of talking. Soon the mobile phones will come with features which reduce or totally delete the harmful EMF. In the meantime, we have to use devices which cancel or block out the harmful EMF. These devices can be placed in the home, office, or attached to the offending gadget, or even worn as a pendant. The easiest way to block out harmful EMF/EMR around you all the time is to wear or carry such a device with you. One such device I use relies on scalar energy, and I wear it as a pendant. Hidden health risk in mobiles: Phone giants accused of burying warnings in small print.

A warning that Apple’s popular iPhone should be kept at least 15mm away from the body is buried deep inside the manual. BlackBerry goes even further, saying customers should use their devices hands-free or keep them an inch from the body ‘including the abdomen of pregnant women and the lower abdomen of teenagers’. Again, this advice is hidden in the instruction booklet. All other manufacturers, including Nokia and HTC, carry similar small-print warnings despite insisting that holding mobiles against the ear and head is harmless. Health campaigners and politicians on both sides of the Atlantic are calling for clear warnings to be put on handset boxes. They are also demanding a public education campaign, starting in schools, to advise on the safe use of the devices. Alasdair Philips, of Powerwatch, an independent group which investigates the safety of mobile phones, said: ‘Most people have no idea about these warnings.

‘The safety advice should be included on the boxes and far more prominently in the “getting started” section of user guides and not just in the detail at the back that hardly anyone reads. ‘This should be only part of a much wider public education campaign that begins in the schools.’ The safety advice in manuals is designed to limit so-called Radio Frequency exposure. This is said to heat body tissue and some – inconclusive – research suggests it is linked to tumours in the brain.

Most RF exposure comes from the antenna and it can increase when a phone is kept in a pocket because phones increase their power output when a network signal weakens. It can be the testicles if in a trouser pocket. ‘Some girls carry them in chest bags which hang just below their breasts. Breasts, eyes and testicles absorb external RF energy the most. Blood-rich organs, such as the liver, kidneys and heart are among the top energy absorbers. ‘The ovaries and foetus are relatively well protected by the trunk, but it obviously makes sense to keep the handset away from those areas, especially the foetus in the first six months. Many later-life causes of ill health are increasingly being recognised as having their roots in foetal exposure to chemicals, hormones, radiation of various sorts.’ He said most handsets also put out pulsed ELF magnetic fields which travel further into the body than RF signals. These are associated with childhood leukaemia and some adult cancers. Michael Milligan of the Mobile Manufacturers Forum said: ‘A mobile phone can always be used up against the head without the need for this separation, because phones are designed to have the antenna far enough away from the head when making a call. ‘Every mobile phone model is tested to make sure they meet national and international exposure limits for exposure to Radio Frequency emissions, before they can be sold in the UK or elsewhere.’ However, many new phones are so slim, antennas will be closer to the head than distances recommended by many manufacturers.
